Hello World

My very first blog post, motivation and purpose of this blog

I've had this domain and the server for four years now and I've made a lot of different websites and projects on various subdomains, but I have never really used this main domain for anything. I had the idea of creating a blog on it for a long time and I tried a lot of designs over the years, but I never really liked the result and even now I am not completely satisfied with the current iteration. Mostly it needs some real content, so I can tweak the design with it, so I gotta get posting I guess.

I don't know exactly what or how often I am going to post. I work on a lot of random things and have a (too) wide array of interests. The majority of posts is probably going to be computer science related, including but not limited to: game development, opengl, c++, web development, but I am most likely going to throw some other random topics in there.

The main motivation behind this blog is to challenge myself, to improve my writing skills and learn how to create good blog posts. I also want to use this as a way to collect and showcase some of the results of my work.

So, if anyone is reading this, see you in my next blogpost in two yea... ehm weeks.
